Stainless steel vessels for wine fermentation

Stainless steel wine vessels are used for fermentation, wine care, storing and decanting. We produce wine tanks for controlled fermentation and cold stabilization, tanks with floating lids, as well as vinificators. Stainless steel wine vessels guarantee ideal conditions for keeping all types of wine being that they are airtight and that they adhere to the highest standards when it comes to hygiene. During the controlled fermentation and cold stabilization process, fermentation is controlled and wine kept at a certain temperature thanks to a stainless steel wine vessel which has a double jacket through which a cooling fluid circulates.

Stainless steel wine vessel is a vertical and cylindrical closed vessel used for fermentation and wine storing. The tank is made of stainless steel and stands on four adjustable legs with support washers. The vessel can be made with or without an insulation jacket. If the wine tank is to be used for controlled fermentation, a double cooling insulation jacket is placed on the back side, at the same height as the cylindrical part, or on the perimeter in the upper section of the cylindrical part of the tank. The double jacket of the wine tank has an input/output connector for the cooling element. Both top and bottom heads are slightly conical. The upper level of the wine vessel has a manhole and a pressure relief valve, as well as an inert gas fitting with a valve. The bottom level of the vessel is equipped with a connector for total discharge, with a valve and an outlet pipe. Cylindrical part of the stainless steel wine vessel has an oval manhole, a side connector with a valve, local thermometer, sample tap and ladder support.
