Lauter tun is made of stainless steel - INOX AISI 304 and it is insulated with mineral wool. The top floor of the lauter tun is conical, and it has a manhole, CIP pipe adapter, dual cross outlet valves for washing and sparging, product inlet, and an agitator with a motor reducer. The interior of the lauter tun is equipped with rakes, i.e. blades for cutting grain bread, and a square manhole for emptying grain. At the bottom there is a lauter sieve (a false bottom), which is made of different segments, and an inlet nozzle for clarified wort. The top floor of the lauter tun has a connector for pomace inlet, a manhole and motor reducer.

WHIRLPOOL/SEDIMENTATION TANK is made of stainless steel and insulated with mineral wool. Its bottom is a flat head sloping towards the walls of the cylindrical part of the vessel. It is equipped with an oval manhole, tangential inlets, CIP pipe inlets, a spray ball, and an inlet and outlet release valve. The lauter tun and whirlpool do not need to be manufactured as one vessel, but rather as separate vessels. The size of the lauter tun and whirlpool, along with the necessary equipment, is customizable so that it fits your needs.
