Tehnički detalji
CIP station is a two or three insulated tank system. The vessels are squared or cylindrical and have mineral wool between and around them. The CIP system is placed on a separate structure which can be fixed or movable. Each vessel of the system has an output with a butterfly valve on the bottom as well as an input connection for the pump.
Clean-In-Place is an automated system which meticulously cleans and disinfects the interior surfaces of water pipes, vessels and reservoirs used for liquid food products.
