Our pasteurization equipment, as well as equipment for milk processing and cheese production, has been designed for small- and medium-scale milk processors. We provide you with full equipment for dairy production- reception, cooling, pasteurization and processing - which makes products such as: soft, hard and semi-hard cheeses, yogurt, soured milk and sour cream.
CHEESE VAT - CHEESE TANK - CHEESE KETTLE
Our cheese vat/cheese tank is made of stainless steel - INOX AISI 304, and it can be open or closed. The vessel is heated through the Archimedean spiral which is welded on the whole surface of the heads. A coil is welded on the vertical part of the vessel, and it has input/output connectors for heating and cooling jackets. The bottom of the cheese tank has a 5% slope so that cheese grits are discharged from the lowest point. The cylindrical part and the bottom are insulated with mineral wool and protected by an insulation jacket. The equipment includes: a motor reducer mounting plate, motor reducer, butterfly valve with a downstream elbow for discharging whey or cheese grits, removable perforated tin at discharging, a removable planetary agitator, frequency regulator which controls the rotating speed of the agitator, and a direction switch for the agitator. Our cheese tank/cheese vat comes with a control box with control units.
